Lolita learned early that true leadership comes from character, competence, and how you show up for others. Over her decades-long career, she has built a reputation for putting people at the center of transformation balancing technology with humanity, andstrategy with empathy. Her leadership is grounded in understanding what motivates people, how they communicate, and what they need to thrive.

 

She founded Pearl Consulting Group after seeing too many organizations adopt powerful tools without preparing their people to use them. Lolita changed the narrative. She created a firm that blends cybersecurity, organizational change, project management, and AI, all anchored in human connection and ethical execution.

Lolita’s journey from a pivotal moment during the 1992 Chicago flood to becoming a respected strategist at IBM shaped her belief that growth often emerges from discomfort. It’s why she leads with the conviction that every organization and every person has a “pearl” waiting to be discovered.
